Job description

We are urgently seeking a Willow Inpatient Certified Epic Analyst for a 14-week contract engagement with a leading healthcare organization. This role focuses on supporting key Epic Willow Inpatient functions, including medication builds, order set configurations, and ongoing Epic maintenance.

Roles and Responsibilities

Configure and maintain Epic Willow Inpatient modules

Support medication build, order set development, and system optimization

Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve Epic-related issues

Participate in ongoing Epic maintenance and upgrades

Ensure build quality and alignment with clinical workflows and standards

Qualifications and Skills

Active Willow Inpatient Certification

Demonstrated experience working in a Canadian hospital environment with Epic

Proven track record in Epic build tasks, including medication build and order sets

Strong communication and documentation skills

Background as a pharmacist or pharmacy technologist (nice to have)

Experience in Epic upgrade cycles and maintenance supporT

Familiarity with broader Epic modules and clinical systems integration
