Qualifications

  • Willing and able to work weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain fire equipment inventory to Provincial Standards.
  • Participate in fire suppression support activities.
  • Conduct work activities in accordance with Workplace Safety regulations.

Skills

Experience working in the outdoors doing manual labour
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently
Team player skills
Experience in wildfire suppression
Knowledge of wildfire suppression equipment

Education

Current first aid and CPR certification
Valid Manitoba Class 5F driver’s license
