Wild Blue Restaurant and Bar Looking for F/T Pastry Cooks

• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $21.00~ $24.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 2
• Work Location: 4005 Whistler Way, Whistler, BC V8E 1J1
• Benefits: 10 days paid vacation per year or 4% of vacation pay, Health care and dental benefit

Job Duties:

• Prepare, season, and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Ensure that the quality of products meets standards
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Oversee inventory and order supplies to prevent any shortage
• Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation

Job Requirements:

• Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
