Job description

Job Title: Wholesale Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Wholesale Sales Executive with a strong background in men’s tailored apparel. The ideal candidate must be willing to travel frequently throughout the United States and Canada to sell. This role involves managing and expanding relationships with retail partners and specialty stores to drive wholesale sales growth. Experience in the tailored menswear market, B2B sales, seasonal buying cycles, and account management is preferred. Candidates with strong sales experience in other industries are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and grow wholesale accounts across assigned territories or regions.
  2. Present seasonal collections to buyers and retail partners during market appointments and trade shows.
  3. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market reach.
  4. Build strong relationships with retail clients, understanding their product needs, demographics, and store positioning.
  5. Analyze sell-through data and provide product feedback to internal merchandising and design teams.
  6. Coordinate with operations and logistics to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  7. Stay informed about trends in men’s tailored clothing and monitor competitor activity.
  8. Support product development with market feedback and assist with forecasting and inventory planning.
  9. Perform supporting tasks in the Montreal office.
Qualifications:
  1. 2–5 years of experience in wholesale sales, preferably in men’s tailored or luxury apparel, or in a related industry.
  2. Proven ability to meet or exceed B2B sales goals.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  4. Willingness to travel within the US and Canada for market weeks, store visits, and trade shows.
Preferred Skills:
  1. Existing relationships with independent menswear stores, department store buyers, or key accounts.
  2. Experience with made-to-measure or custom programs at the wholesale level.
  3. Strong knowledge of menswear, fabrications, and fit within tailored clothing categories.
  4. Ability to interpret sales data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
