We’re looking for a Vehicle Appraisal Specialist who thrives on delivering amazing customer experiences. If you have a passion for cars, an eye for detail, and excellent customer service skills, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Greet customers with a friendly, professional attitude that reflects Go Richmond Subaru’s commitment to outstanding service
  • Conduct accurate vehicle appraisals for trade-ins, purchases, and internal inventory using market data and digital tools
  • Clearly explain the valuation process and findings to customers, ensuring a transparent and comfortable experience
  • Work closely with the sales and inventory teams to support vehicle acquisition and pricing decisions
  • Keep up with current automotive market trends and valuation tools
  • Ensure accurate documentation and timely data entry into dealership systems
  • Build rapport and trust with customers to create long-lasting relationships and repeat business

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Experience in customer service (automotive or appraisal background is a bonus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of vehicle appraisal tools (e.g., Canadian Black Book, CARFAX, vAuto, etc.) is an asset
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
