Wholesale Accounts & Operations Support Coordinator

Location : Burnaby

Employment Type : Full-time - Entry Level Position

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to support our wholesale operations and finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, ensuring timely payments, and assisting with backend processes related to both accounting and logistics.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Communicate with wholesale clients regarding orders, payments, and account status.
  • Follow up on outstanding balances and ensure timely collection of payments.
  • Coordinate with accounting to manage invoicing, credit memos, and payment application.
  • Support warehouse operations for timely order fulfillment and shipment tracking.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions.
  • Liaise between the sales, finance, and warehouse teams to ensure a seamless wholesale process.

Requirements :

  • Experience in wholesale, B2B sales support, or accounting / AR (Accounts Receivable).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP / accounting systems (e.g., SAP).
  • Knowledge of logistics / warehouse processes is a strong asset.
