Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business or finance is an asset.
• 1-2 years' experience in customer service, cash handling, or financial services preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all transactions.
• Proven ability to establish, nurture, and strengthen member relationships through trust and proactive engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a member-first mindset.
• Ability to learn and adapt to digital banking tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day banking needs for members with personalized advisory and service delivery.
• Lead all cash-related activities including deposits, withdrawals, foreign exchange, and teller transactions.
• Maintain adherence to cash handling procedures and proactive fraud detection.
• Support branch opening/closing and dual-control cash operations.
• Act as the branch's primary resource for complex cash-related inquiries.
