Wood's Homes is looking for one (1) full-time Youth & Family Counsellor to join our Wheatland Program. Please note this position is based in Strathmore, Alberta.
Reporting to the management of Wood's Homes, the Youth & Family Counsellor is the primary worker with children, youth, and families, usually on rotating shifts providing 24/7 coverage, and is a key team member delivering services within a structured setting. The counsellor will demonstrate excellence in providing high-quality services and adhering to the Health and Safety Management System at Wood’s Homes.
Note: Wood’s Homes pays a shift premium of $3.00 per hour for hours worked between 11:00 pm - 7:00 am.
