Join Rogers as an Outbound Business Sales Consultant, where you will assist Small-Medium Business clients in optimizing their telecommunications services. This role involves consulting on their packages, engaging in sales strategies, and maximizing customer value through personalized recommendations. A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience is required. Please note that general retail roles (e.g., working at big box retailers, or similar) that do not include commission-based selling or performance targets are not considered qualifying sales experience for this position.
Formal training in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales etc.) is considered a strong asset.
Telecommunications experience is preferred but not required.
