Responsibilities

• Help clients complete their income tax returns using TurboImpôt, providing tax advice and reviewing their self-prepared or full-service returns.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find accurate answers in understandable terms.
• Interact with customers via advanced video communication tools, documenting interactions for accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years paid professional tax preparation experience.
• Ability to provide your CRA RepID for client representation services.
• Experience with complex personal tax returns, including employment, self-employment, rental income, investments, and foreign income.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate professionally via video and audio tools.
• Flexible availability for at least 20 hours per week.

Additional Assets

• Experience with corporate (T2) and Quebec (TP1) tax returns.
