Today's Shopping Choice is seeking dedicated, experienced English Sales and Service Associates to work from home. The English Sales and Service gig involves responding to and providing exceptional customer service to inquiries received from retailers and customers via email and phone.

Your responsibilities include investigating order concerns, finding solutions that balance the needs of the business and customers, and updating information and reports. The successful candidate must meet performance metrics such as:

• Average handle time, productivity, and quality
• Maintaining a positive brand image for Today's Shopping Choice products during customer interactions
