Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury is seeking a Sales & Artistry Coordinator in Calgary to oversee sales, education and artistry for a large multi-retailer territory. The role covers department and specialty stores, driving top-line growth while reflecting the Charlotte Tilbury brand values.

You will lead sales targets, brand engagement, training and retail relationships, ensuring superior service, and a consistent Tilbury experience across all counter teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Beauty industry experience.
• 2+ years of Beauty retail management.
• Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive in-store sales to meet/exceed KPIs and sales targets.
• Lead exceptional customer service and brand experience in store.
• Develop and deliver high-impact trainings for store teams.
• Maintain counter operations, inventory and VM standards.
• Build strong relationships with store teams and retail partners.
