• Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communicator with analytical ability.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial results and KPIs in store, including MOB and regional targets.
• Lead, train and motivate store teams to deliver the Tilbury experience.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with store teams and retailers.
• Manage counter operations, inventory and VM to ensure brand standards.
• Collaborate with Education to support training and events.
