The Western Canada Operations Data Analyst supports the development and maintenance of operational datasets and reporting tools that drive performance, consistency, and continuous improvement across collection and post-collection programs in Western Canada. This role transforms raw data into actionable insights to inform business decisions across the organization.

Education:
Post-secondary education in IT, analytics, business operations, supply chain, or administration is an asset but not mandatory.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analytics, with a strong focus on Excel and Power BI. Experience in process improvement or operations is considered an asset.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in DAX, Power BI, Power Query, and Excel. Familiarity with CRM systems (C4C), SAP (BW, S4HANA), AWS, and Microsoft Dynamics. Basic knowledge of JIRA or similar project management tools. Ability to automate reporting workflows and manage dashboard version control using tools like SharePoint or DevOps.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Clear communication and interpersonal skills to support collaboration across departments. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently. A mindset focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Occasional travel within Western Canada may be required; a valid provincial driver’s license is necessary. Extended hours may be needed during peak periods (e.g., quarterly reporting, business planning). Must be comfortable working in a dynamic environment with frequent changes.
