The Business Development Sales Specialist – Seating role focuses on creating relationships in the business community to position Humanscale seating as the premier seating brand for task, touchdown and meeting room applications.
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide product expertise, strategic sales support and demand planning for sales in their respective territory. This includes creation and execution of a business plan, market strategy, as well as analysis on profitability, competitive products and market share. Additional responsibilities include tracking customer trends, training of sales and sales support personnel, participation in customer meetings, presentation and large opportunity project management.
Salary Range: $108,701-$158,551
In addition to the salary there is a bonus variable component. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline.
