Job description

Sales Analyst Western Canada

We are seeking a Sales Analyst to join our regional customer team. The successful candidate will support the regional sales team by assisting with administrative tasks related to account management, business development, and systems maintenance. The role aims to enhance team performance and foster long-term development of the regional customer teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as liaison between the regional customer team and the back office commercial team for administrative questions and requests.
  • Coordinate with the regional customer team and the national Sales operations team to ensure proper execution of the customer commercial plan.
  • Identify changing sales trends in collaboration with the customer team.
  • Track and update the commercial team on key initiatives such as innovations, customer big bets, and quarterly initiatives.
  • Coordinate post-promotional analysis with the RGM team.
  • Assist in gathering information for monthly performance reviews with the Regional Sales Director.
  • Support in preparing the customer one-year plan and customer presentations.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of customer fact sheets.
  • Maintain the sales repository and related tools.
  • Complete master data requests to support customer team maintenance.
  • Manage customer portals by gathering and updating information.
  • Serve as a resource for Master Data and ERP queries.
  • Prepare sales and volume reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead the regional weekly sales meetings alongside the Regional Sales Director.
  • Coordinate regional customer events and trade shows.

REQUIREMENTS

  • College or University degree in administration, management, or sales; or 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Bilingual in English and French.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
