Overview

WendWell Health is seeking dynamic sales team leaders and agencies to join as Distributors / Agencies. As a Sales Team Manager, you will lead a team of agents promoting and enrolling customers into ACA healthcare plans, manage compliance, oversee recruitment and training, and drive enrollments for our partners’ ACA-compliant plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Management : Recruit at least 5 sales reps, develop strategies to attract top talent, manage team performance, and recruit across multiple locations nationwide.
  • Training and Compliance : Conduct training on ACA products, sales techniques, and compliance; ensure adherence to policies; keep the team updated on industry changes.
  • Location Management : Identify and secure strategic sales locations across US cities, regions, and states, collaborating with local organizations.
  • Performance Monitoring : Track sales metrics, report to management, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Customer Relations : Build positive customer relationships, address inquiries, and implement strategies to improve retention.
  • Marketing : Collaborate on promotional campaigns using social media, events, and community partnerships.

Market Presence

Specify cities / states for operations, ensuring alignment with approved states such as California, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Michigan, North Carolina, Illinois, Indiana, Alabama, and others.

Compensation

  • Uncapped, performance-based earnings potential, with bonuses.
  • Potential annual revenue of $125,000 to $500,000+ depending on enrollments.
  • Enrolling 200+ customers weekly can lead to high earnings.
  • High earning potential based on team and personal sales.
  • Training, marketing materials, weekly payments, and no inventory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales management, preferably healthcare or insurance.
  • Comfort with uncapped commissions and performance-driven roles.
  • Leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance is a plus.
