Job description

The successful candidates can expect to be scheduled 32-40 hours per week, including AM/PM, weekday, and weekend shifts.

Regular Store Hours:

Mon – Sat: 8:00 am – 8:00 pm

Sun: 9:00 am – 7:00 pm

WELLNESS TEAM LEADER (VITAMINS & BEAUTY)

The Opportunity:

Alongside the Wellness Manager, you will be responsible for the overall appearance, efficiency, and profitability of the wellness area. This includes ensuring a clean and well-stocked department, maintaining stock levels, placing orders based on department needs, and working with the Corporate Purchaser to leverage deals, specials, and incentives. In the absence of the Wellness Manager, you will manage all aspects of the department with support from the Store Manager and wellness team members.

• Lead by example with excellent customer service, strong work ethic, and dedication
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the department
• Monitor sales and employ strategies like engaging displays and in-store promotions to increase sales
• Merchandise the department to promote sales and create appealing layouts
• Handle purchasing, ordering, and inventory control based on data and facts
• Train staff using Nature’s Fare Markets training materials as per the schedule
• Demonstrate leadership through delegation and coaching
• Encourage open communication among team members

Experience / Education Requirements:

• 3-5 years of retail sales experience in a wellness-related role
• Passion for natural wellness
• Related educational background is an asset
• Previous team lead experience is an asset
