Palm Beach Tan is hiring in Windsor for a people-oriented role in a fast-paced salon. You will engage customers, promote products and memberships, and help clients choose tanning and wellness services. The position emphasizes a team vibe with ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Able to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales goals.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and products.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon and assist with opening/closing.
• Handle daily paperwork and track personal goals.

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
• Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items
• Maintain a clean and organized salon
• Opening/closing business
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking
• Walk customers to their rooms and teach them how to use the tanning equipment when they have questions or are first time users.
• Attending Off Sight Sales And Job Trainings
• May work at multiple sites within the District

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
