What You’ll Do
  • Material Preparation : Help gather and organize materials, tools, and equipment needed for welding projects.
  • Cleaning & Grinding : Prepare metal surfaces by removing rust and debris; perform grinding and sanding as needed.
  • Material Handling : Move materials to and from work areas safely using equipment like forklifts or hand trucks.
  • Assembly Support : Hold or clamp metal parts in position for welding.
  • Tool Maintenance : Keep welding tools and equipment clean and in working order.
  • Safety First : Follow all safety procedures and wear proper PPE at all times.
  • Quality Checks : Inspect finished welds and components for defects to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Documentation : Keep track of tasks completed, time worked, materials used, and any issues encountered.
  • Plus, other duties as assigned—team members support each other as needed.
Who You Are
