Job summary

Arrow Engineered Products Stratford is seeking skilled welder fitters to weld fabrications per drawings in a full‑time role. You will fit, prep, and weld parts with MIG hard wire and flux core, while leveraging stick, TIG, or submerged arc as needed. Red Seal certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of welder/fitter experience.
• Proficient fitting to blueprint specs.
• Mig welding - Hard Wire, Flux Core.
• Sticks, Tig, Sub Arc welding are assets.
• Red Seal certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Weld fabrications and parts per supplied drawings.
• Prepare materials to meet blueprint specifications.
• Collaborate with design, engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Maintain quality and safety standards on the shop floor.

Group Division:

At Arrow Engineered Products, we design and manufacture turnkey solutions for a wide range of customers with needs in nuclear, chemical mixing, heat exchanger, and autoclave systems, including fuel storage and various custom-designed pressure and non-pressure systems, all in compliance with ASME, PED, ULC, and API certified design criteria.

Wage Range: $38-40 hourly (Wage will be determined based on skills and experience)

Job Description:

We are looking for Skilled Welder Fitterswho are able to weld fabrications and parts as per the supplied drawings. Our design, engineering, and manufacturing capabilities can produce a virtually endless array of products of nearly any size. Ninety percent of Arrow EP Productsare manufactured in-house.

These include:

• Pressure/process vessels and reactors
• Custom Designed Fabrications

Your Skill Set:

• You have at least 5 years of welder/fitter experience
• Highly proficient in Fitting skills, including prepping and materials to meet blueprint specifications
• Highly proficient welding skills in Mig - Hard Wire, Flux Core
• Stick – an asset | Tig – an asset | Sub Arc – an asset
• Red Seal Certification is an asset
