Job summary

L.P. Custom Machining Ltd. in Hamilton, Ontario is seeking a skilled welder/fabricator to join its industrial manufacturing team. The role focuses on interpreting welding specifications and operating manual, semi-automatic, and programmed welding equipment.

You will read blueprints, inspect welds, and perform brazing or soldering as needed while maintaining safety and quality standards. The position offers a permanent, full-time schedule with day/evening shifts and health benefits.

Qualifications

• Trade certificate or diploma or equivalent experience is required.
• 7 months to less than 1 year of welding/fabrication experience preferred.
• Industrial manufacturing environment experience is advantageous.
