Job summary

Pro-Par, Inc. in Sherbrooke, Canada, is seeking a skilled welder to interpret welding process specifications and read blueprints, while operating manual or automated welding equipment in an on-site industrial setting.

You will work with steel/heavy metals, perform varied welding processes, inspect welds for quality, and adhere to safety and process standards in a physically demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with welding processes including oxy-acetylene, GMAW, FCAW, PAW, SAW.
• Ability to read welding drawings, specifications and manuals.
• Able to determine weldability of materials and ensure welds meet standards.
