We are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our team in the GTA. This role involves welding, fabricating, and assembling metal components to meet project specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of welding techniques, metalworking, and safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to complete projects accurately.
• Perform various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and Arc welding, to fabricate metal components.
• Cut, shape, and assemble metal parts with precision using tools such as grinders and plasma cutters.
• Inspect and test welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
• Maintain and repair welding tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Adhere to workplace safety regulations and use protective equipment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently.
• Identify and resolve any issues or defects in metal fabrication and welding processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Welder/Fabricator (minimum 2 years).
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Arc welding techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Good physical condition with the ability to lift and handle heavy materials.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and proper handling of tools and materials.
• Welding certification or technical training is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
