Job Description

Multiple openings due to company expansion

What will you do?

1. MIG aluminum welding and hull/vessel construction;
2. Fabrication includes fitting of pre-cut parts;
3. Preparation of components for welding;
4. Sub-assembly of parts including welding;
5. Ensure work area is kept clean and organized to reduce or remove hazards;
6. Follow all applicable Eaglecraft Boats and WorkSafeBC Occupational Health & Safety regulations.

Qualifications

What do you need to succeed?

1. Proficient in MIG (Push-Pull) welding, pulse experience preferred;
2. 2-3 years previous experience in welding and fabrication of aluminum products;
3. Ability to safely operate saws, grinders, drills, and other power tools;
4. High attention to detail is required to achieve quality standards;
5. Ability to read blueprints/drawings and understand work order specifications (preferred but not required).
