Job Summary:

A10 Fabrication is seeking a skilled and reliable Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding, and a strong commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork. This position involves production welding, fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal structures and equipment according to specifications.

Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols.
Operate welding equipment, including MIG, TIG, Stick, or Arc welders.
Measure and cut materials to specifications using various hand and power tools.
Inspect welded surfaces and structure to ensure quality standards are met.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines.
Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a welder (minimum 3 years preferred).
CWB Certifications
Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
Knowledge of welding machinery and electrical equipment.
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Physically capable of standing, bending, and lifting to 50 lbs.
