Job summary

Une entreprise dynamique recherche un soudeur expérimenté pour un emploi permanent. Le candidat idéal aura au moins 5 ans d'expérience, sera capable d'opérer différents équipements de soudage et possédera d'excellentes compétences en communication. Ce poste exige une capacité à travailler dans des environnements variés, y compris à des hauteurs et des espaces confinés.

Qualifications

• Expérience de 5 ans ou plus recherchée.
• Certification en soudage est un atout.
• Doit être en mesure de travailler à des hauteurs.

Responsibilities

• Opérer des équipements de soudage manuels ou semi-automatiques.
• Lire et interpréter les plans de soudure.
• Examiner les soudures pour s'assurer qu'elles respectent les normes.

Tasks

• Operate manual or semi-automatic, fully automated welding equipment
• Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals and processes
• Examine welds and ensure that they meet standards and/or specifications
• Operate brakes, shears and other metal shaping, straightening and bending machines
• Fit, braze and torch-straighten metal
• Determine weldability of materials
• Operate hoisting and lifting equipment
• Operate previously set-up welding machines to fabricate or repair metal parts and products
