The Territory Account Manager acts as the primary liaison between WEG Marathon and its customers, representing the Marathon Industrial motors business.
This role involves managing a defined list of accounts, overseeing daily activities, revenue growth, and profitability. The Account Manager works to identify new business opportunities, develop relationships, and provide technical and commercial solutions, all while exceeding revenue and profit targets. Responsibilities also include implementing account plans, conducting training, and introducing new products and solutions.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the Account Manager provides market insights, project updates, forecasting, and competitive intelligence. Day-to-day activities include strategic discussions on pricing and channel management. The role has dotted line responsibilities to other business leaders. Ideally, the position is based in Calgary or Edmonton.
