Job description

HealthCare NZ is a leading provider of in-home and community-based health, rehabilitation, nursing, mental health and disability support. Whether you are looking for flexibility around other commitments or would prefer regular rostered shifts, we have a variety of part-time options on offer.

What does a Support Worker do?
As part of a dedicated team, you'll support clients to live independently in their homes and communities. You'll help them achieve their goals and reach their potential through practical and emotional support, following a personalized care plan. Tasks may include:

• Meal preparation
• Community outings and integration
• Medication supervision
• Personal cares (showering, toileting etc.)
• Home management

Earn between $23.50 - $29.10 per hour (based on experience and qualifications). We offer flexibility due to a variety of shifts available starting at 7am till 9pm, Monday to Sunday. Fulltime and part-time positions available.
