We are looking for an outgoing, determined, and driven Customer Service Representative to join our expanding team!

Work Schedule: This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, scheduled from Friday evening through Monday morning. Candidates must be available to work overnight and weekends as part of this shift.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Track customer orders
• Provideexcellent customer support
  
• Accurately update and maintain spreadsheets

Qualifications:

• 2+ years customer service experience is preferred
  
• Strong command of the English language
  
• Excellent computer and typing skills
• Must have good phone etiquette and be personable over the phone
• Ability to work in a team environment
