Alliance Maintenance is hiring a building cleaner for weekend shifts in Metro Vancouver. You will clean and disinfect high-traffic areas, empty trash, sanitize washrooms, and keep entrances clear. The role requires lifting up to 20 lbs, ladder work, and comfort with cleaning chemicals.

Qualifications

Job Details

The building cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean and presentable building, both inside and outside. You will be responsible for cleaning and disinfecting high-traffic areas, emptying trash, sanitizing restrooms, and keeping entrances clear.

Shift Available:

• Saturday & Sunday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Cleaning lobby area, stairways, hallways, and windows.
• Vacuuming carpeted areas.
• Mopping tiled floor areas and entrances.
• Cleaning washrooms, gym area, and amenity rooms.
