About The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Website Project Manager with PHP WordPress development experience to create and manage websites for our SMB customers. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills in WordPress development and experience in customer onboarding or support, preferably from a digital marketing agency.

Responsibilities include:

1. Onboarding customers with MioCommerce WordPress Themes, including content fine-tuning, plugin installation, and website updates.
2. Implementing website modifications and changes based on customer needs.
3. Customizing and integrating MioCommerce booking technology into websites.
4. Managing and supporting ongoing website updates and evolution.

You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to coordinate resources and ensure timely project delivery, managing 20-50 projects simultaneously. You may also oversee social media content, coordinate marketing campaigns, and maintain high-quality social media presence.

About You

• Experience onboarding clients into SaaS platforms is a plus.
• Strong project management and client relationship skills.
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining WordPress websites.
• 2+ years of PHP development experience.
• 2+ years of HTML5/CSS3, JavaScript, and Responsive Design experience.
• Understanding of SEO best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability.

• Experience with project management tools.
• CRM experience, ideally with HubSpot.
• Marketing experience, including on-page SEO and SMO.
• Remote work experience.
• Social Media Management experience.
• WIX platform experience.
