Role Overview
We’re seeking a skilled Webflow Developer to join our marketing team. In this role, you’ll create, maintain, and optimize responsive websites, integrating CMS and SEO strategies. This position requires in-office work in Stratford three days a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive websites using Webflow with a focus on user experience, performance, and accessibility.
• Translate designs into dynamic, interactive web experiences.
• Maintain and update existing Webflow sites with fresh, optimized content.
• Implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
• Integrate third-party tools and services (e.g., forms, analytics, CRM systems).
• Troubleshoot and resolve website technical issues.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Webflow Developer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Webflow CMS and e-commerce functionalities.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, UX/UI best practices, and performance optimization.
• Intermediate knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (or willingness to learn).
• Familiarity with SEO practices and web analytics tools.
• Experience with design tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
• Detail-oriented with clean, scalable code practices.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.
