Position Summary
Responsible for maintenance, servicing and repairs of roads and other infrastructure assets. This role maintains contracted assets (such as roadways, medians, signs, guardrails, fences, bridges, tunnels, vegetation, etc.) per contract standards and as directed by supervisor. This role may be assigned to winter or summer equipment operations as required.
Exposed to traffic and outdoor weather conditions; extreme heat/cold; possible wet/humid conditions; high places; fumes/particles; exposure to chemicals, insects, and occasional reptiles/rodents. Noise levels typically moderate. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; ability to work at heights and in confined spaces; PPE as required; fit test for respirator as required.
