Job summary

SOTI is seeking a Manager, Web Strategy & Organic Growth, to lead our web strategy and organic growth initiatives from Mississauga. You will manage a small team focused on organic demand generation and web analytics, shaping strategies to improve SEO, content alignment, and conversion across multiple web properties.

You will collaborate with Content, Product Marketing, Web, Paid Search, and CRM teams to ensure cohesive journeys and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in web strategy, SEO, digital marketing and analytics.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams in a B2B SaaS context.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into actionable execution with data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own SOTI’s web strategy and roadmap across soti.net and related web properties.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team for organic growth and analytics reporting.
• Set goals and recurring performance reporting for website and channels.
• Drive organic growth through SEO and AI-powered discovery tools.
• Partner with Content, Product Marketing, Web, Paid Search, and CRM teams.
• Direct strategy for review platforms to drive brand authority and leads.
• Own measurement strategy for the website (GA4, GTM, UTM standards).
• Identify and prioritize CRO opportunities on landing pages and forms.
• Translate performance data into insights and prioritized actions.
• Stay current on privacy, consent, and measurement changes.
