Job summary

La Vie en Rose Inc. in Quebec seeks a permanent, part‑time team member to support online order processing and store operations. Under store management you will read emails, identify ordered products, prep and pack shipments, and help ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Read and reply to emails from related departments to process online orders.
• Identify, pull and prep ordered products; remove hangers and labels; ensure quality.
• Pack and ship orders via the computer system; training provided.
• Receive and validate products from other stores to complete orders.
• Prepare weekly supply orders and keep area clean and organized.
• Follow head office policies; support team as needed.

WHAT A TYPICAL WORKDAY LOOKS LIKE

Under the supervision of the store management team, you will be responsible for processing product orders placed on the company website. To complete your work efficiently and professionally, you will need to:

• Read and reply to emails from related departments in order to process online orders;
• Identify, pull and prep ordered products—remove hangers, check each item for quality and cleanliness, remove security devices, place protected labels on products that need them and remove sales labels as needed;
• Order missing products and check, pack and ship orders via our computer system (we’ll show you how during your training!);
• Receive and validate products sent by other stores to complete orders;
• Prepare the supply order each week;
• Keep your work area clean and tidy;
• Respect and follow the policies and procedures of the various head office departments (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you!);
• Perform other duties where needed to support your team.
