Light & Wonder is seeking a Game Developer to program interactive HTML5 games for web and mobile. You will work with our proprietary engine, design scalable components, and integrate art assets and audio.

The role emphasizes strong TypeScript skills, cross-team collaboration, and rapid problem-solving in a hybrid Montreal setting. The team values initiative, discipline, and the ability to multitask across projects, with English primarily used for communication.

Qualificações

• 2-3 years of experience in online game development.
• Experience in the online gaming industry, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of the web or mobile ecosystem.
• Versed in client-server programming.
• 3D programming experience is an asset (Unreal/Unity).

Responsabilidades

• Create interactive online games for web and mobile in TypeScript.
• Work with our proprietary game engine technology.
• Design new game components with an efficient architecture.
• Update tools and features to expand engine capabilities and optimize performance.
• Integrate animations and sound from the art team into games.
• Troubleshoot and debug games per QA and client feedback.
• Analyze product requirements and provide technical insights.
