The Role
The Web/E-Commerce Coordinator is responsible for designing, creating, and delivering digital marketing programs to support IWBC's expansion, growth, and revenue, focusing on email and e-commerce channels. They execute campaign elements across channels to meet brand objectives, ensuring aligned messaging and timing.
Accountabilities & Impact:
- Email Campaign Execution: Create, schedule, and deploy email campaigns from briefs, including promotional, automated, and lifecycle communications.
- E-Commerce & POS Management: Manage e-commerce sales and POS operations via Commerce7, overseeing product setup and SKU management.
- Website Management & Design: Coordinate website development and maintenance, create promotional landing pages, and manage e-commerce functionalities such as pop-ups, seasonal updates, and product collections.
- List Management & Segmentation: Maintain subscriber lists, segment audiences for targeted messaging, and ensure compliance with data and privacy regulations.
- Reporting & Insights: Monitor and analyze email and website performance metrics, communicating insights to support continuous improvement.
Skills & Experiences Needed:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, commerce, or related field
- Minimum 1+ years of digital marketing experience, including website management, digital advertising, email marketing, and social media platforms
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, preferably Commerce7 or WineDirect
- Experience in direct-to-consumer businesses, wine, beverage, hospitality goods, or luxury products
- Marketing agency experience is a plus
