We’re Hiring: Web Developer (Creative Front-End Focus | Remote / Hybrid in Toronto and Lahore)

Are you a front-end wizard who loves clean code, slick animations, and making digital experiences feel as good as they look? We’re looking for a Web Developer who can bring modern websites to life — from dev builds in Webflow and WordPress to interactive layouts in Framer.

If you’ve got a sharp eye for detail, a feel for design, and you know how to keep things smooth under the hood (HTML/CSS/JS style), this one’s for you.

About the Role

You’ll work closely with our designers, strategists, and marketers to build and maintain beautiful, high-performing websites — from quick campaign landing pages to full custom builds for B2B brands. We work fast, iterate often, and expect you to bring both technical skill and creative flair.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop responsive websites and landing pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Build and maintain sites on platforms like WordPress, Webflow, and Framer

• Collaborate with designers to translate Figma files into fully functional web experiences

• Optimize pages for performance, accessibility, SEO, and mobile responsiveness

• Troubleshoot issues, make iterative improvements, and ship updates quickly

• Implement third-party tools and integrations (e.g. forms, analytics, embeds, CMS platforms)

• Contribute to process improvements — we love devs who think like product builders

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of web development experience (freelance or agency — we care about the work)

• Strong command of HTML5, CSS3 (incl. Flexbox/Grid), and vanilla JavaScript

• Proven experience building on WordPress (custom themes, plugins, or Elementor is a plus)

• Solid understanding of Webflow (CMS builds, animations, structure, custom code)

• Comfortable in Framer or willing to pick it up fast — especially for micro-interactions or motion-rich layouts

• Ability to read a Figma file and build it pixel-perfect (bonus if you can improve it too)

• Good communication and time management — you’ll often juggle more than one build

Bonus Points

• Experience with APIs or simple JS integrations (e.g. Airtable, Mailchimp, Zapier, Calendly)

• Familiarity with basic SEO and web performance best practices

• Some UI/UX or motion design understanding (doesn’t have to be your core strength)

• Git knowledge (basic version control is always a plus)
