Job summary

Relentless is hiring for a web developer to handle ongoing website and application development, maintenance, and database work. You will build CMS-driven, responsive sites, implement efficient data models, and ensure quality through thorough deployment and testing.

You will document code, work with project managers, and thrive in a team-oriented open office environment. Experience with WordPress and multiple languages is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in UI development and responsive design.
• Proficient in CSS, HTML, JavaScript, PHP and .NET.
• Strong SQL/MySQL knowledge.
• CMS experience with WordPress customization.
• Ability to write clean, well documented code.
• Team player capable of meeting tight deadlines.

This position has responsibilities associated with on-going website and application development, maintenance, database development, and implementation for various website applications for Relentless.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to Relentless Project Managers and/or Senior Management.
• Developing CMS-driven, responsive websites and web-based applications according to needs analysis and scope of work.
• Developing efficient codebases and data models to support the requirements of each project.
• Deployment and cross-browser testing for Quality Assurance.
• Continued maintenance, development, bug fixes and customization on an as-needed basis.
• Documenting website source code and applications.

Skills and Abilities

• Work experience with UI Development, responsive design, and object-oriented programming.
• Fluency in CSS, HTML, JavaScript, PHP and .NET.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and MySQL.
• CMS experience with Word Press customization.
• Ability to write clean/well documented code.
• Flexible, open-minded and positive attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Additional programming languages an asset.
