Job Responsibilities

3. AI/ML Development: Develop and implement advanced AI solutions that address complex business challenges and improve existing systems.
4. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in web development and AI/ML.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with graphic designers, backend developers, and QA teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.

We Are Looking For

An insightful and influential collaborator to join our team. Candidates should have:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript/ES6, and frameworks like React, VueJS, or Angular.
  • Hands-on experience with Python or C++.
  • Expertise with generative AI and LLM models such as ChatGPT-3, ChatGPT-4, or Llama-3.
  • Experience developing AI applications using OpenAI API or frameworks like LangChain.
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering and techniques to minimize hallucinations.
  • Experience in training, testing, and fine-tuning AI models is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
  • Fast learner.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Passionate about AI/ML technologies, curious, and self-driven.

Additional Information

The salary range for this Canada-based full-time position is approximately $80,000 - $92,000 annually, based on experience, skills, and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision coverage, retirement plans, paid time off, and flexible leave policies.
