The Humberview Group is looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our digital marketing team.

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a hands-on role in publishing content, coordinating social media, managing online reputation, and experimenting with AI-driven tools. It’s an entry-level position perfect for someone detail-oriented, curious, and eager to grow in a collaborative environment.

Work Model: Hybrid.

Work from home; with team meetings held twice a month at one of our Mississauga dealerships. Occasional dealership visits may be required.

Salary Range: $50,000 to $58,000 annually.

Job Duties:

• Write, edit, and publish promotional, social, and website content — supported by AI tools and guided by our brand standards.
• Update and optimize business listings (Google Business Profiles and other platforms).
• Support online review management across multiple dealerships and channels.
• Assist with content updates, promotions, and enhancements on dealership websites.
• Manage social media calendars: schedule posts, monitor performance, and collaborate with the creative team.
• Contribute to new workflows involving AI-driven tools.
• Collaborate with digital marketing specialists and leads on campaigns, reporting, and quality assurance.
• Perform other marketing support duties as assigned.

What We Look For:

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent writing and communication skills; comfortable editing and proofing AI-generated text.
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) — and eagerness to learn structured prompting, custom GPTs, and QA methods.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and reliable in delivering accurate work.
• Comfortable working with social media platforms, multi-channel content calendars, business listings, and website content management systems.
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-moving, supportive environment.
• Automotive industry knowledge or OMVIC-compliant writing experience is an asset but not required.
