Responsibilities
- Confer with clients to identify requirements
- Consult with clients to develop and document website requirements
- Design and integrate website-related code
- Determine hardware and software requirements for optimal server performance
- Document technical requirements to ensure products meet business needs
- Write, modify, and test website-related code
- Prepare mock-ups and storyboards
- Provide advice on information systems strategy and management
- Source, select, and organize information for website inclusion
- Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware
- Create and optimize website content using various software
- Develop policies and procedures to minimize security breaches
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to develop website graphics and content
- Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices and software products
- Conduct tests and perform security and quality controls
- Resolve conflict situations
- Robotic process automation
- Usability testing
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
