Our core demographic is Chinese millennials and Gen-Zers, most who are coming to a new country for University or Grad school. We reach over 26M consumers through Dealmoon's website, app and via Weibo & WeChat. We work with over 3,000 of the world's biggest brands from Apple to Dior. Job Responsibilities (English)

• Deal Discovery & Content Creation
  • Research promotions from various retailers and create beauty-related deal content.
  • Highlight discount details and product features clearly and accurately.
  • Stay sensitive to price changes and product characteristics.
• Campaign Planning & Promotion
  • Bring creative ideas and provide suggestions based on promotion strategies.
  • Create content that aligns with current trends, events, and news.
  • Promote beauty and health deals across multiple platforms and channels.
• Data Analysis & Collaboration
  • Use basic Excel and data analysis skills to support daily work.
  • Work closely with team members and other departments to achieve operational goals.

• 折扣内容挖掘与产出
• 搜集不同商家的促销信息，产出美妆个护折扣内容
• 突出折扣力度和商品亮点，内容准确清晰
• 对价格变化和产品特点敏感，能快速抓住重点

• 活动策划与推广
• 有创意，能根据活动特点提出建议
• 能结合热点、活动等来策划内容
• 负责美妆个护折扣在多平台、多渠道的推广

Qualifications (Chinese)

• 本科或以上学历；
• 中英文沟通、读写能力良好；
• 工作效率高，能同时处理多任务，时间管理强；
• 热爱美妆行业，了解产品信息，喜欢找折扣；
• 有责任心、有上进心，性格开朗，沟通顺畅，执行力强；
• 文字表达能力好，学习快，抗压能力佳；
• 有一年以上广告行业经验者优先。
