Responsibilities

• Keep looms running by fixing breaks in the tape (weft & warp).
• Replace empty tape packages and keep them neat and organized.
• Check fabric closely to catch and correct defects.
• Perform general housekeeping around looms and floors.
• Support team tasks in a fast-moving production area.
• Stay active with lots of walking during shifts.

We’re looking for energetic, hands‑on individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced environment. As a Weaver, you’ll play a key role in keeping up to 20 weaving looms running smoothly so we can produce high‑quality fabric every day.

What You’ll Do

• Keep looms running by fixing breaks in the tape (weft & warp)
• Replace empty tape packages and keep them neat and organized
• Check fabric closely to catch and correct defects
• Perform general housekeeping (dusting looms, sweeping floors)
• Support team tasks as needed in a fast-moving production area
• Stay active—lots of walking required!

What You Bring

• Entry-level friendly – no weaving experience needed!
• Energetic, self‑motivated, and ready to learn
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks
• Comfortable working around machines
• Previous fast‑paced work experience is an asset

Shift Details

• 12-hour shifts
• 7:45 AM–7:45 PM and 7:45 PM–7:45 AM
• Set rotation between day and night shifts (no straight-day or straight-night options)
• Full-time, permanent position averaging40 hours/week
