Job summary

AGF Management Limited in Calgary is seeking an Associate, Wealth Solutions (West) to support the development and execution of the West region distribution strategy for retail and high net worth investors. Based in Calgary, you will work with a small team and a dedicated fundraising unit, conducting high-volume outreach and nurturing advisor relationships across IIROC, PIC and HNW channels.

The role offers a hybrid work model and exposure to private equity and alternative investments.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in finance or related field.
• 1–3 years of sales experience in financial services.
• High-volume call/email prospecting experience.
• Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask and work in a team.
• Competitive drive and goal orientation.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales and market share for AGF Capital Partners products.
• Prospect investment advisors via calls and emails.
• Identify new prospects and arrange meetings with senior team.
• Provide high-quality client servicing and support.
• Coordinate branch presentations, seminars, road shows, and events.
• Maintain and update CRM with meetings and notes.
• Assist with due diligence requests from prospective investors.
• Support ongoing compliance and administrative tasks.
