Qualifications

• Enrollment in a post‑secondary Design program or equivalent experience.
• Experience writing for audiences outside your area of expertise.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• A strong portfolio showing visual design skills.
• Willingness to collaborate across disciplines and challenge ideas respectfully.

Responsibilities

• Create UX/UI visuals and high fidelity prototypes for testing.
• Collaborate with interface designers, visual designers, front-end developers and product managers.
• Help teams understand how content shapes client experiences.
• Become a subject matter expert on RBC client offerings.
• Use content audits, competitive analyses, and content mapping.
• Ensure accessibility considerations for assistive technologies.
• Gather product requests and provide effective feedback.
• Analyze market requirements and potential product innovations.
