The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in the securities industry, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office, Dataphile, Salesforce or netx360. Competitive pay plus commission in CAD.

Qualifications

• Licensed as an Investment Representative (IR) or Registered Representative (RR) with CIRO.
• 3-5 years of related experience in the securities industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, take initiative and multi-task.
• Ability to work independently and with clients at all levels.
• MS Office proficiency required.
• Interest in Financial Planning and/or Insurance is a plus.
• Experience with Dataphile, Salesforce and netx360 is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships with Investment Advisors.
• Assist Advisors with processing and confirming client transactions.
• Deal directly with clients, provide quotes and execute trading orders.
• Maintain account lists and compile reports.
• Process and follow-up on client documentation for accounts.
• Assist with servicing existing clients.
• Support wealth business development through marketing initiatives.
• Perform additional administrative duties as required.
