Job summary

RBC Wealth Management is seeking winter co-ops for Administrative Assistant roles to join the Wealth Management team in Vancouver. You will support Investment Counsellors and Advisors, assist with onboarding and client file maintenance, and help deliver exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, ensuring regulatory-compliant documentation, and providing proactive client service across departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare meetings for Advisors with clients and prospects.
• Provide proactive client service and liaise with departments for execution.
• Assist onboarding and maintenance of client accounts.
• Maintain up-to-date client files in compliance with controls and regulatory requirements.
• Support Advisor team and client through the Wealth Management process and audits.
• Stay current with RBC Policies & Procedures.
• Answer basic inquiries via calls, email, or chat.
• Ensure trades are processed accurately and timely.
