Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Access and MS Excel skills required.
• Experience with Power Query, VBA, SQL, or similar data tools is an asset.
• 4+ years in analytical, data, reporting, finance operations, or compensation-related role.
• Experience producing recurring and ad-hoc reports and translating business requirements into analytical outputs.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft Access queries and data processes used to support compensation analysis, recurring reporting, and operational requirements.
• Manage, validate, reconcile, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Deliver recurring and ad-hoc reports translating complex data into clear insights and informing decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify data/reporting needs and support financial and performance outcomes.
